1. Marry Me Chicken
Why it’s popular: It’s so delicious that it might make someone propose marriage!
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt and black pepper
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh basil or parsley
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and let it simmer for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot!
Best served with: Pasta or mashed potatoes.
2. Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast (cubed)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds or chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, to thicken the sauce)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- (Optional) Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce to thicken.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot!

3. Pininyahang Manok (Filipino Pineapple Chicken)

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thighs or breasts

Instructions:
